A good thread. Loving the passion, and the general consensus that everyone has had enough after this afternoon. You’d hope that the SMT are having some serious conversations tonight with Appleton. Please don’t waste the Northampton game on him … It goes deeper than Appleton it is the clown who appointed him in the first place who should be held to account. I am absolutely fuming how much mess we are in. Is it 1 win in 12, absolute joke in a piss poor league. |

I would beg Curbs to take over until the end of the season while the club search for our new manager. Cannot do know worse than the Clown now and would immediately command respect from every player. I know he doesn't want it full time but for 4 months could he be tempted? What is the obsession with Curbs?! Every time a manager nears the sack his name gets banded about like he's going to save us. He hasn't managed a group of players for nearly 15 years! We should be looking forward not backwards. Class is permanent |

I really don’t care about the body language personally … diff managers diff styles… whatever… I do care that our defence is a joke, our build up is shockingly slow… I remember hearing Bowyer complaining that the build up was slow when I sat behind the dugout back then… but we’re a mile from that level now… we are in a serious relegation battle now… and the fact that he doesn’t even acknowledge it is a real problem…it’s time to move him on…

Get Michael Duff in ASAP great manager for this league, should have gone up with Barnsley last year even when played Sheff Wednesday in playoff were the better team and played with 20 men from early on. Plays much better football than Rowett and all the other names mentioned. Saw Barnsley seven or eight times last year when visiting family and they were really competitive and great to watch. Rowett and Bowyer football will send you to sleep and we DONT WANT THIS ! Let’s get Michael Duff here and watch this team flourish !!!
