That tunnel may get longer and darker as I understand there is a break clause next year in the lease of The Valley (and training ground). Think that is right and I am sure it is a one way break clause that the.club can action and. not RD . I think the worry is that this would be a great way for Mr Methven to cut our running costs. He could propose that we ground share with Crystal Palace, for example. That would save the club a small fortune every year. |

This isn’t a dig, but a genuine question. Why are they jobsworths? I’ve seen people question them tactically, but it’s always been said that they are decent, likeable people. Decent, likeable people you can find down the pub. Decent, likeable people do not mean footballing success. Not one point in my post did I say that it means footballing success. The point I was making is that calling them jobsworths seemed slightly harsh. |
