Chucks Aneke's name will be on the released list. It was his choice, but the door is open. We are interested in Scott Twine. Shame about chuks if true,clearly a great "impact player" at this level,but we also need robust constant performers if we want to achieve anything.Hopefully an agreement can be reached. Scott Twine fits the bill of young hungry talent,who will want to prove they can cut it at this level and kick on. |

It has been confirmed today that Shane Ferguson has left Millwall. Has played a lot of games for Millwall. We are supposedly interested in him. He is 29, is this the sort of player we should be looking at?

Matt Lund is leaving Rochdale once his contract expires .. this bloke a “must” signing , very good player and always stood out when we played them

Do we know what being on the released list actually means? I guess it could mean that a player is out of contract and that the club is not intending to offer him a new one or, alternatively, that player has not yet accepted a new contract offer and is, therefore, open to offers from other clubs. Given you’ve said ‘the door is open’, I assume it’s the latter, in which case if we want to retain him we’ll simply have to offer him a deal he can’t better elsewhere. That shouldn’t be difficult, but I guess the question is time. Adkins will want to know whether or not he needs to sign another striker. I wouldn’t be surprised if, at some point, Aneke is given a take it or leave it ultimatum. |

The age isn't outrageous and would be prime years for the right player but Ferguson isn't tricky or fast and as a winger or wing-back that's an attribute we need with Stockley as a target man. If he's cheap he's a better squad player than what we have purely because of his delivery. |

I have been speaking to a Millwall mate and he said that his crossing and dead ball situations are very good. But he is lacking in pace. We can do better.

Good option to have.
But if we're going up automatic, we should have two other forwards in our 2021-22 squad who score more than he will.

Agree completely Lardi, if he's used as a great impact sub he'll be of use. If he's in place of a regular top striker I'd rather avoid. |

One in Lidl’s, one in Waitrose.
The second one depends on whether Burnley sell Nick Pope.
We could do a lot with an £8m windfall.
