Huddersfield fans want him gone Disco, they claim that he has a job that he lacks the capabilities for.
I work for a company in Wrexham and the boss' son goes out with a girl who's Father owns an executive box at the stadium.
He reckons that what Huddersfield fans want Huddersfield fans get so I don't hold out much hope for CP there to be honest.

As much as I want to see Powell do well for Huddersfield, I don't really care whether he is successful or not because I do not support Huddersfield. I believe Powell was very hard done by when we got promoted to the Championship due to no funds but we finished 9th which was a respectble postion considering. The season after that, we went through a bad time and Powell was to blame for some but I still maintain he did well for us. I accept when a new owner comes in that he has different ideas and does not want Powell as a manager so I was not critical of Powell getting the sack.

I never saw a performance like yesterday's under Powell. Yes he won L1 but not playing football like we have seen in the last few home games which adds weight to what I have said from day one....he is a L1 manager no more than that..

Yes he won L1 but not playing football like we have seen in the last few home games which adds weight to what I have said from day one....he is a L1 manager no more than that.. If you look at the table there is a vast gulf between the top eight and the rest. We might bridge that gap next season? Our squad of 2012-14 was never going to bridge that gap. Luzon, Bulot, Buyens and Watt were all together at Liege. Add Gudmundsson, Vetokele and Cousins and you have our front six who are tearing up opponents. That's six players aged 20-24 most of whom are on long term deals. A bit controversial but I think the result on Saturday has been a fair response to the round of interviews Powell gave last week. As a club we are going in the right direction on the pitch - one more push this summer will put us in a very good place.
