is this the player we held talks with I’ve always assumed that as a Canterbury boy who ended up going north that most of the London clubs passed on him when he was young. He did spend a lot of time in lower league football and to take him on now at 32 is a bit of a gamble I think. |

If they are under contract then they are under contract. We should release our retained and released list ASAP. I never understand why we are always one of the last to confirm our list. If we use the same categories as Pompey then every player should easily slot into one of those. Although I can see many fans 'kicking off' when Dobson is under "released". |

They can't say anything other than that he is leaving as I'm convinced that they don't intend to 'buy' him back and offer him anything like what he will be earning (net of Tax), and even if they did if they announce it to fans their negotiating position (with the club and the player) is so much weaker. |

I agree. Every man and his dog know he has signed for that Hungarian team. In the retained list it should reflect that.

I’m currently on a job with a lad who comes from Hungary and he follows football in Hungary and I asked him a simple question
Has Fehervar Got money?
And his answer was simply no they are just a little team.
I honestly don’t get this situation with George Dobson uprooting his family to Hungary.

I have been banging on about us getting a keeper capable of dominating his box and coming for crosses etc……Well rumour has it we are in for Matt Macey just released by Pompey….played 21 games this season I think
Geezer is 6 feet 7 inches so if this fella doesn’t come for crosses then there must be something seriously wrong…….😂😂
Played for NJ at Luton previously…..I think…..👍
