Just putting two and two together, not saying it’s happening as I have no clue but Derby signing Liam Cooper could release Sonny Bradley? Not quite what we’d want at LCB but again ex Luton and a very experienced defender at this level.

I think if there is one player NJ would have kept a beedy eye on all summer, it's him.

Unless there are a few out goings tomorrow i can't see us being active at all. I'd still like a creative midfielder, but apart from that it's been a pretty good recruitment.
We need to learn how to play to Ahadmes strengths otherwise he will be a bit of a waste. That doesn't make him a bad player, it just means we're not using him properly.

Why would you get rid of Taylor...I saw him at Burton against us ...he is a good player. Come to that Edun can play LWB and in midfield he is apparently useful. More a case that Jones made it as clear as day that Terry Taylor is surplus to requirements in a recent presser. Did he ?

He did nothing of note last year and was injury prone...is there a life outside Luton I ask myself. In no manager I trust now. I don't see the point in signing a walking wounded just because he comes from Luton who discarded him and are just below Millwall in the relegation zone. Admittedly Steve Gallen is Director of football and that may be why but if he rates him, beware. I’ve read some waffle in my short time on here. But this tops the pile…. Then perhaps you had better explain what is piffle. Was it reference to Gallen or perhaps a propensity for taking Luton players above others.

Was it reference to Gallen or perhaps a propensity for taking Luton players above others. I'm not going to remotely intervene in this lovers' tiff, but surely we're in a better place if we are signing Luton players with (in many cases) PL games and (in almost all cases) an L1 and/or Championship promotion under their belts, rather than say the litany of players who we signed from League Two Swindon when Ben Garner was our manager?

Birmingham City have apparently bid £9 Million for Jay Stansfield from Fulham according to multiple sources.
That would be a phenomenal signing if they land him to play alongside Alfie May.
They’ve also just signed Scott Wright from Rangers.

To be fair to them their ownership group did say they had around £20m to play with in terms of transfer spend. So imagine they are trying to build their championship team now whilst they only have to adhere to the Salary Cap instead of tighter FFP rules in the championship. They can spend as much as they like, but there’s no guarantee’s in football. If they fail to go up they might be in a spot of bother.

Doesn't look like Collins to me. Looks like Jude Sadler our u18's keeper but not sure it is given the stubble.

Yeah I understand their plan to build the squad this year, but it feels quite top heavy. Like they are hearing of players which are highly rate becoming available and they are signing them but not really considering where they will play. If they have too many already in that area, etc.

If they have too many already in that area, etc. Gone with the Goals win titles approach and tried to buy as many goals as possible. Players like May and Jutkewicz probably won’t be needed if they go up, so getting the depth in the most important part of the pitch now does make some sense. Does seem extremely excessive though
