Whoever gets the job I'm hoping they get to bring in their own backroom staff and not have Whoever is in place forced upon them. I would also look very hard at our fitness coaches as some of our players are blowing out of their arse after about 70 minutes. Cowley brothers were PE teaches and Fitness instructors before they got into football |

Put aside the Pringle comments, His records in the lower leagues is not shabby, and those leagues are tough.
Has more success than lots on the managerial revolving door have.
Stockport last season dumped us out of the cup...

Cawley saying Bowyer still not been approached so anyone's guess on new manager.
Tbh now the transfer window is closed they should take their time to get the right fit and the right coaching team in place. Yes I was one of the people who wanted a manager in early so they could quickly put their stamp on the transfer window, but that ship has sailed. I'm not talking months but a couple of weeks is acceptable to find someone. Shouldn't take that long surely unless no one wants the role.

Also it's usually never the fav who ends up joining - bookies tend to change odds to make one person looks odds on then once a bunch of people have pumped money in, it's changed. |

I'd suggest that the new manager and Andy Scott need to be 100% aligned upon who and how many coaches to bring in. This is a new dawn with a new squad, save 4 or 5 left from Sandgaard era. And everyone at Sparrows Lane needs to be working on the formations and tactics, blending youth, and performance/ sports science. Get this right and over time a top six budget will yield a top six side. |
