Probably because there's no kit!! It's said that Garner asked them to do extra duties like putting cones out on the training pitches etc!! Not their job that in my opinion. Yeah. You need a degree from University of Greenwich to perform a complicated task like putting cones on the ground. :0) LEGALLY you cant sack someone and then give that job to someone else to perform as its the ROLE / JOB thats become redundant , more fool Tommy the Tit for either sacking / making them redundant OR allowing them to leave and not replacing them !

Jon de Souza announcing on linkedin he has started a new position as Coaching Pathways Manager at The Premier League.
Can’t say if its a sacking or not but adds to the high turnover at the club at the moment.

You can't expect someone to fold 11 shirts and then put out some cones. I thought we abolished slavery in the 1990s. You are coming across as a bit of a dick to be honest. Not a Sandgaard are you? If it takes facious comments to make you realise how silly some of your anti Sandgaard posts are, then so be it. Its even better of its done without swearing at each other.

Concerning Concerning yet consistent as far as the dysfunctional ownership is concerned 😟

CAFC Finance Director Emma Parker has resigned today. Source - Rick Everitt Interesting development - can only imagine why. Lest we forget, Everitt delighted in criticising her predecessor on a regular basis when Duchatelet owned the club. Not only were there no cashflow nor financial problems, the person in question went on to become CFO at Middlesbrough. Hounding staffers became part and parcel of the CARD / CL culture - I don't think I'm alone in finding this behaviour somewhat toxic.

Right! so it's Everitt's fault that the club is sacking or forcing out staff in droves.................. got it!

Don't know anything about Emma Parker, but you are spot on about the CARD/CL bullying culture.
The same toxic little clique has been doing it for years, even predating CARD. Remember years back the inocuous bloke who used to manage the club shop whom they called 'Tugboat' and targetted and taunted and trolled without mercy for no discernible reason? Then there was the abuse of Murray, led by Everitt and Hayes, which was totally beyond the pale.
It reached its nadir when they went to Belgium and among other breaches of basic decency and human respect harrassed Katrien's parents in their home. It's obnoxious behaviour and it makes all decent CAFC supporters ashamed.
They do it to other supporters who stand up and call them out, too. Several years back, I had to employ a solicitor to send a cease and desist letter to a member of the CAST board and extract a public apology from him on CL.

In defence of seriouslyred he is to fan’s activism what Sandgaard is to natural hair growth. During his time as CAST supremo his anger peaked when Richard Wiseman forgot to bring custard creams to the CAST AGM. Emma Parker has joined Palace - she will be sorting a payslip for Miles Leaburn in January.

I’m not saying that she loved it at Charlton over the last twelve months but we would, probably, all move for the kind of pay rise that Palace can offer her.

Clearly the carpet slippers and comfy chair have kicked in 😀

This would be a valid argument had not at least 30 staff left Sandgaard’s employment in relatively short order, many of whom were his own, hand picked appointments. Brian Jokat (recently fired COO) has made the following comment on his social media in recent days about the Sandgaard-Maloneys. “These are not nice people”. 🤮

Is there a point where we are in breach of any rules by operating without people in key positions?

I think ‘restructuring’ is the term being used at the club. Streamlining and getting rid of dead wood like keohane I’d hope
