The board have previously stated that Nimer will put in funds when it is necessary, there are only 5 days left until the end of the month. If a sale isn’t completed or at least agreed with funds available immediately, the doubts about TN will prove to have been well founded.
Not long to wait now.

at least he took us back up exactly one year ago today, and had it not been for injuries in the first half of the season and the two muppets later we might not have dropped into the bottom 3 and would be debating whether to finish the season for the obscurity of mid-table. I'm sorry but the fact that we went up last year has next to nothing to do with Roland. It is all to do with Gallen and Bowyer with his backroom staff. We had next to do funds to do business and those boys did wonders thanks to a late charge. Yes, he's better than the shit show currently in charge, but he didn't take us anywhere, he was merely the owner when Bowyer took us up exactly one year ago today. I’m no RD lover but on a point of fact we did have one of the largest budgets in tier 3 which enabled Bows to create a competitive squad. Just saying ...

True, but I can't help compare that against not so distant Championship revenue, the revenue from Gomez/Lookman addons etc.
I just can't find it within me to respect or be greatful for almost anything that Duchatalet did as I've been to pretty much every home game during his tenure and I remember them well and not for good reasons.

If the club goes into administration Nimer and Southall will get, literally, nothing.
Besides who would it protect the club from by going into administration. All the players have to be paid in full, as do all other clubs we owe money to, most it the non-playing staff are on furlough, who else does the club owe money to?
If they don’t, actually, pay the players then no Tax or NI will be due.
Seriously, who is going to force the club in administration?

Procedure for Administration on Government website: www.gov.uk/put-your-company-into-administrationIt seems that this has to be done by directors seeking to protect the company, and the company pays the costs of the exercise. If the company has no money to pay an Administrator ( I have no idea wht the cost might be) it may well be unpaid creditors that force the issue with a winding-up application.

One of the replies to Nixon was 'Is Jenkins waiting to see if the players and staff get paid this month, to see if we get a 12pt deduction this season or next to see if he wants to complete the deal' or words to that effect.
Makes sense, but let's see if Nimer has a penny to his name to at least bridge the gap between wages and the sale. He'll easily make that back in profit post-takeover.

Jenkins is waiting to see what the EFL say about starting the Season. I can't see the offer going through until next week at the earliest. The British banker interest is still there but haven't made an offer yet.

Anyone else heard that Joe Cala is one of the other interested parties and has put in an offer? He sounds like a ruthless hatchet man but surely an improvement on Bassini?

Like I said, he quite rightly wants a clause in the price he is paying. Nobody can be expected to fork out big money on a championship club then end up with a L1 club through no fault of his own.

Agree there, considering the grand total of £0 that Nimer has paid for club business - he really shouldn't be greedy. Even Southall managed to fork out £1!

They have put in nothing and taken out thousands already. And they won't have to invest any more even if they had the resources to do so which they don't.
