Does anybody know how many have been sold?
Various sources have it down as between 10-13k which is down on last year I believe.
Add to that the losses on new kit sales and we might be in a bit of a pickle I think.
Where do you think we go from here?

Norwich City have sold their full allocation of 20,000, for the third year running.

It could be said that Norwich are a one club City and I am sure it will but I am not one of those who will come out and agree with that excuse because not so long back there was heavy talk of increasing the capacity at The Valley so where have all the fans gone and why?
It doesn't matter how many teams there are in London, success will bring the crowds in so how much longer can we go on without it before we start operating without avoiding considerable losses.
We have to commend the board for not taking us heavily into the red but this at the same time means that decent money cannot be shelled out on players which has a knock on effect on the pitch as last season proved.
It is a catch 22 situation but to go on as we are which we have to, the crowds will drop and the standard of player we can afford will decrease making it less likely that we will return to the Prem.
I appreciate most fans want the club to remain in the hands of the current regime who are fans themselves but if they can no longer put in the financial clout that is needed they have to extend the arm of opportunity to potential buyers.
Alot of our historic identity may be lost through this but we have to decide if we want to remain little old Charlton forever or move on to the next level.

I live in Norwich and there's f*ck all to do except watch the Canaries so it doesn't surprise me. ;D Seriously it's not just a one club city, it's a one club county which is geographically dominated in the centre by Norwich. I wouldn't draw too many parallels between us and them. |

Per OB - Season Ticket sales = 12,354 to date.
Believe that last year by end on May 2007 17,000+ were sold.
