If we are on the search for one surely we already have one in Bougherra who has played there for Sheff Weds and very well too.

Isn't it time we decided to try him in the role during pre-season and forget any talk of a sale because I fear once again that we are holding back on new signings until we sell, maybe we have to as we have no other money to spend but if this is the case I think it's a very good bet that whatever we get for him if we do sell most of it will stay within the club and yet another good player would have gone without being replaced.

I would like to think that we learned our lesson with Reid.

We, as a Club, learned nothing from Parker or Murphy, so it's doubtful that we gleaned anything from the sale of Andy Reid other than an increase in The Club's bank balance.

Lets try to get over the feeling that we ARENT a selling club.

We were when we were in the PL, the "forced" sales of Parker and Murphy prove that, and we are even more so now were in the CCC.
