Why is he even being allowed to join up with the CHina squad, why have the club not withdrawn him and carted him off to hospital for an operation so he is ok for next season?

If we are selling then if he get's fooked in this game there is no chance and if we are not selling aggrevating his groin will almost put him out of pre-season training therefore out of the first few weeks of the season.

1) If he gets called up then under FIFA regs there isnt too much we can do about it plus he's probably very keen to make sure he plays at the Olympics for obvious reasons and therefore would be unhappy if we pulled him out of the team.
2) He'll struggle to get a work permit transfer so any "rumour" about his transfer to UK clubs is a load of old balls IMO.
