I watched it although I nearly fell asleep late on in the second half. Up to the time we went ahead through Terry it was a boring pedestrian paced game. Once we got ahead we started to stretch the USA (not difficult) and looked pretty good, especially after Lumphard went off. Gerrard, Rooney, Hargreaves and Barrie (who came on as a sub) looked our best players. The second goal was a lovely slick passing move finished off by Gerrard. The game gradually petered out with the USA having virtually nothing to offer in attack.
