Should have started on Saturday after the way he played v Barnet...
But no back on the bench, he must wonder what he as to do...then he is puit under pressure by Parky to go on and win the game for us no wonder he is nervous as hell when a chance falls to him.....give him a run from the start and you will see a diff player in 5 or 6 games

Think he needs a full 90mins to shine rather than the odd 10-15 mins and we hope for miracles

Don’t matter how long your on the pitch for… To miss a chance like that on Saturday was poor. IF? If Mcleod had started the match, he may have missed more chances, but if he started he may not have? If Parky had dropped Shelvey and we ended up losing, Bexley would have wrote up a thread saying Parky had lost it because he dropped him… Parky changed it on the hour, we improved, but we didn’t win… I’m not convinced we would have scored if he made the changes from the start?

I would rather lose trying to win the game then sit through 65 mins of dross like we did on saturday.....
We never looked like scoring until Mcleod and McKenzice come on all right we missed a chance but at least we created one again what we failed to do in the opening 65 mins
In this div at home 4-4-2 at least some games we could even play 4-3-3

In some ways I think Mcleod is a bit like Darren Bent, in that he needs to be playing much more regularly, and is not as effective as an impact player (clearly not as good before people have a go). Burton and Shelvey both need a rest in my opinion and dropping them to the bench next game allows this. I think teams are starting to work us out, and the way we play, stop Sam and Shelvey (both were man marked on Saturday) and you stop Charlton. Switch to 442 bring in Mcleod and MacKenzie and give them something else to think of.

This would be a "Parky Out” thread if we had more than one of those this season.... The fact is in. you've already wrote them up before.... "We never looked like scoring", We never looked like scoring when McLeod and McKenzie came on either.... McLeod had a sitter and fcuked it up! Formations don’t tell the whole story either. When it works, a 4 5 1 can be more attacking than a 4 4 2 , and when attacking turn into a 4 3 3..... We made a couple of good chances, we missed them… Shit happens…. Especially with our squad options!

I would like to see McLeod and McKenzie start against Huddersfield, Burton should be dropped. Hopefully Semedo will be back, Shelvey could have a rest and be on the bench alongside Spring.
My team:
Elliot Richardson Youga Dailly Llerra (Sodje on international duty, I think) Bailey Semedo Racon Sam McLeod McKenzie
Simples!

With you on all of that DFT. To be fair Spring has done nothing wrong, but we have lost that drive from the base of midfield that Semedo gives us.
