Was no 'angel' myself in 'me yoot' but I say bring back a form of national service in the shape of very very harsh penal regiments located well outa the way on remote islands off the Scottish coast.
I kid you not, some of these guys who are handy with a blade etc will meet up with some officers/NCO's that will beat the living shyte outa 'em if they get too feistier and hopefully turn their heads into something they and we might just be proud of someday...well anyone have a better idea, what is there to lose?
Minimum stay...... 3 years!!
