Expected a few more myself given what's at stake, Exeter took 2,000 there on the opening day, let's hope we at least sell our allocation of 1,700.
The new board could have given themselves a massive publicity lift if they had thought on and offered free travel, it's a big ask I know but given what's at stake they could have really done themselves a favour and rebuilt some bridges, whilst in the process helped us to have 5,000 fans there which I think we would have done, imagine that, a see of red behind one goal with a crescendo of Valley Floyd Road echoing around Elland Road, the more I write this the more Im convinced it's an opportunity missed on all fronts.

I quite agree. This game will make or break our season. If we lose, it could have a massive effect on morale. I will be there singing loud and proud though- lets hope plenty of other Addicks are there too. I got a good vibe concerning this one. I think we'll win it.

I wouldn't go as far as saying it would break our season but I understand what you mean a defeat could easily have an adverse affect on us as the deflation would no doubt play a part.
I think we need to get past Colchester first though and take each game as it comes, I'd be delighted with for 4 points out of the next two games although I would settle for three and if they come tomorrow I wouldn't be too concerned of the outcome at Leeds because we are good enough to bounce back against Oldham.

Bit too early in the season to be giving away free travel. The board are budgeting. so wouldn't expect them to either. Nice thought mate but try again with six games to go I've got a request in for some t-shirts re Scally's Missus "been there, done it, got the t-shit" Will let yer know if Murray approve's funding it

Driving up 240 miles from Maidstone, but sharing cost 3 ways. Then stay at local Premier Inn £42 each, and enjoy the sights of central Leeds on Saturday night. That'll be an eye opener!

Free travel in the past, I believe, has resulted in only one winning performance from the team and many defeats, superstitious maybe, but until promotion is secured, we'll pay our own way. ,
