We have seen a few names being banded about like Hoolihan, Hudson and Fotheringham all of which would be valuable additions but what type of player do you not want to be brought in during the summer?
Doesn't have to be a name just a kind of player that we don't need.

a Mills-esque troublemaker having a bad influeunce on the younger players
a Hasselbaink-esque aging player who was good back in his day but now lacks match fitness and demands excessive wages.
a Rommedahl-esque 'flair player' who is all style and not substance and doesn't want to tackle.

A Keith Jones type, who when joining fronm Southend, told Curbs, I want to play for Charlton, any player signed must want to wear and play for the shirt and is not just coming to take the money without putting in the effort.
