Right, the international break is over. It's going to be a tough game and I have zero confidence but Jones really needs 3 points otherwise the weight on his shoulders will be getting heavier.
My prediction is a 2-0 loss. Just can't see us scoring and not conceding.
Anyone going to it?

Aw man, I was quite enjoying the international (/Charlton) break!
Can't argue with you to be honest. Can't see us creating much and therefore we won't score much. I think we might get a goal somehow though. To give us some false hope that we'll get back into it after going behind.
I think Huddersfield will show us what attacking wingbacks look like.
2-1 Huddersfield.

Can't see anything but another L for us, especially if Allan Campbell starts again

Shame the international break doesn’t end in January when the transfer window opens as that midfield needs serious attention . We never do well after these breaks , 4-0 to Huddersfield .

I do hope some of the injured players are ready to play. We’ve got 5 games in 15 days coming up and 4 of them are away. Need Tyreece,Jones and Chuks back.

Nathan Jones has welcomed the timing of the international break ahead of Saturday's trip to Huddersfield Town.
“We’ve been stretched with injuries, so it's been a welcome break if you like," Jones said. "We obviously had a cup game which gave a lot of people minutes in our last game. It's given us a little bit of respite to try and get people back or to get some people who were injured to not miss the game.
“Our two Jamaican boys [Karoy Anderson and Kaheim Dixon] have been away and Thierry [Small] and Conor [Coventry] both went away. With Conor’s being more local, he's been training with us all week, and Thierry came back in with us today.
"We're very proud of our internationals - it's good that they have got that experience and for Conor being involved at the game at Wembley against England. They are all back and ready to go.”
Looking ahead to this weekend's clash against Huddersfield, the gaffer said: “They will pose a very potent test. They are an ex-Championship club with Championship-level players. They are one of the teams that will be fancied for promotion and one of the ones that would expect to get promoted with everything they have, so it's one of the sternest tests in the division.”

Don’t think we’ll win. Not really arsed if we do. Cheers Charlton.

The odds against us for this one ,you can get 3/1 for the win .be amazed if we keep a clean sheet so will need to score at least 2 so as you need to have 2 shots on target for that 🤔 let’s hope for a 1-1

Couldn't be arsed ,really Thank God i am not in the UK to compound the misery and frustration I'm 77 next week end and all i have seen over the years is that key players that are sold, are never replaced This season is proving to be no exception How did Curbs do it, at the Millenium? Was it genius, good luck,or a combination of both ? We need this again The recriutment team has proved to be abysmal, proven by most of their incoming players NJ is nowhere near the quality of Curbs, who was an 'out and out' Charlton man, to boot, and as usual, luck has desertrd us even though one has to create the coditions for luck. By Christmas, i think we will be below mid table looking up, which will set the standard ,for the rest of the season. I hope my negativity is, wrong, of course, but over the years, it has taught me never to be too optimistic either. We are Charlton after all I hope i am wrong, but i cant see anything but a loss 2-1 to the Terriors. We need a play maker in mid field, and wingers to cross to the likes of Ahadme and Miles . Over the years this has ALWAYS been the most effecive form of attack, NJ prove me wrong
