That's what others are saying? Or just because of internationals. Forums always ebb and flow in terms of traffic - doesn't mean it's dead. Typically outside of transfer windows you tend to have the usual week-to-week game talk, then when there's internationals happening, there's very little Charlton to talk about! Also, nearly 1200 guests in the last 24 hours so not to worry. |

That's what others are saying? Or just because of internationals. Others? It’s always quieter when we aren’t playing. Plus no one wants to talk about England after the shambles last night. If Lee doesn’t want the job he could’ve just said, rather than just make up a team of attackers with no striker or any apparent game plan. I have to say though, it makes me feel a bit better as a Charlton fan when you see how bad those elite players can look in an awful system that doesn’t suit them. Give me hope our performances can significantly improve with the right tactics! 👍 |

That's what others are saying? Or just because of internationals. Who are the others? Your little fanny fart mates on 606? Pace the wife beater using china plates? It often goes quiet during International week as not much is going on in or around the club. Of course we could just post any old waffle on here like they do elsewhere but these people like the sound of their own voices and talk about whatever they want just because they have nothing else to do. If the place goes quiet at times there's nothing stopping you and others joining in the fun on another forum which clearly you already have access to. Simple really. How many accounts do you need on here by the way? |

As there was no football,I buggered off for a week. Watched the England game on TV last night, wished I hadn't and came home this morning. Really looking forward to next weekend.

Like I said traffic always dips on here when there is no game.
We are very much football orientated which is how we all like it so naturally if there's no football, there's no discussion.
Even when we're quiet, we still live rent free in the tiny little minds of other people who are more accustomed to single digit traffic. That's what you call a dead forum.

This site is all about the football, and the finances for CAFC and competition. So if nothing's going on then why would there be loadsa traffic on here? Looking forward to the games coming up and really hope we carry on where we left off vs Birmingham. We're about to enter the second phase of the season which will tell us if we have stepped up. I for one would rather discuss that on here than elsewhere. |
