News today that the planned takeover has collapsed .. there was a lot of hope around the ground when we played there that it was about to happen and most likey had something to do with their performance but now the hope seems to disappeared again and there back to square one …

Think they have done remarkably well to keep the current squad that they have under the circumstances…..Wing and Savage are both very decent players at this level…
I think they are the best side we have played so far this season……

Damn, that can't be good for them. Agree on them doing well not to lose too many. They need a new owner soon though or January might be a fire sale.

Reading owe a lot to Ruben Selles who appears to be an outstanding coach.
My intuition, based on no information I confess, is that Nathan Jones wouldn’t move to Cardiff even if approached. However, if he does Selles ought to be top or very close to the top of our wish list for a replacement.
