Not a good start this ref was in charge at Oxford last season when failed to see Oxford defender punch the ball clear in their box and then to see another push the ball forward with his arm which lead to their winner .. think even Curbs got hot under the collar that day

Ref tonight is an American Alex Chilowicz.. only came over to the UK late 2023 and one of his first ever games was at the valley v Oxford back in Jan 2024 unfortunately we lost 1-2 ..

In Saturday at Reading the ref is Thomas Kirk … now we all remember last season when he took chance of our home game v Cambridge and with the game 2-1 in our favour gave them a last gasp pen that was clearly outside the box … as Sky Sports confirmed on the Monday and fans posted pics of the incident on social media condemning the ref who overall had a poor game that day

I get all the professional shit housery time wasting that goes on when teams defend a lead and we have done the same on occasion but yesterday it went to a whole new level which really needs looking at…..Every time one of their players was tackled their pysios came on mob handed……The final pisstake was the lad who went down in the box like he had been shot holding his shoulder to spend 3-4 minutes trying to get him off the pitch, he then wandered down the tunnel and was probably told they had no more subs to come on so lo and behold he comes running back out onto the pitch again,….WTF…..surely the ref must have realised that he had the complete piss taken out of him for those last 45 mins…..I would love to know how many minutes of actual football was played in thst second half and how many minutes was wasted by professional time wasting tactics…….We had 12 mins of extra time which tells its own story and probably 6 of those was spent with more time wasting……😳
I would love to see the refs assessor report on his performance as he had the piss taken out of him yesterday…..
