RE got the hump with owners because he said they said losses be down too £1-2m a year no chance Sandgaard said the same I think.

Funny how so many people have either disappeared or gone quiet a year on from when they took over.
I have got to know Charlie well during the last 12 months and I am extremely pleased that he's won lots of people over.
Some of our fans are still living in the past though if you read forums and other social media. Fortunately though that says more about them than it does him.
You can't help but like the guy.

Let’s see where we are at the end of September.
CM reminds me of the geeza off the nationwide advert 😀

Perhaps they were banned? Fancy joining them? Nothing would make me happier. You have been trying to get a rise out of me all week and failed so I suggest you pipe down if you want to stay on here.

That article explains a lot of the challenges they faced due to when they took over.
It’s a shame we didn’t have this type of summer window last year when league one was arguably the weakest it’s been for some time.
Surely those still being negative towards the ownership are struggling to find things to complain about.
It feels like we are going in the right direction as a club for the first time in ages. I’m just hoping this follows suite on the pitch!

Especially when inflation is at 2%.

Didn’t watch the match but am not convinced at the mo that we’ll do any better than last season

Methven can talk and talk until the cows come home. What supporters want is promotion. Last season was terrible, and we have lost the two best players from last season. Everything will look better with football success. We will see soon enough if the new regime can deliver any success.

It is early days and I am willing to give the new players a chance to prove me wrong. I think we will be more solid. But with the current set of players I think we will finish short of the Play Offs by some distance. Ahadme and Godden have not impressed the same with Berry and Docherty. I like the look of Edwards and A Mitchell. But as I have said before we have no flair. Campbell provides a bit of flair but he is very inconsistent. Let us hope that Dixon can also provide a bit of X factor.

What we wanted was rich owners who would spend like those at Ipswich and now at Birmingham.
He has given in his article a number of reasons why we performed so badly last season, and the lack of fitness of players was presumably the fault of Dean Holden and thus his sacking, and it almost came across that Michael Appleton was "unfortunate" because Miles Leaburn got injured starting that bad run that left us on the edge of relegation and the lack of fitness at the start of the season was also a reason.
Something wrong with the surface of the training ground was a reason we picked up so many injuries too?
They said it was a 3 year plan and so this season should be an improvement on last but won't necessarily see us get in the playoffs or promoted.
I just want to get back to the Valley and watch us play decent football, but there's currently no game for me until 3rd December.

Alfie May, who is the other best player from last season that has left? Surely you can’t be talking about Michael Hector?
