Taylor and Bishop working hard in midfield.. Bishop down with nasty head injury after poleaxed by the big full back .. some concern here ?? He had to go off .. Aneke on in number 10 role They have 3/4 very large physical players Taylor and Bishop may have worked hard as you say but to me neither impressed……. Its the second pre-season game after a hard week training. I wouldn’t read into the performances too much yet! Working hard is what we want to see at this stage |

We have closed down very well today and defended corners a lot better then we did last season .. everything coming together nicely still work to do .. but good to see

I think I saw him sitting on the grass….you have to wonder why him and REG didn’t get a kick yet he played Bishop and brought Hylton on again….maybe they are carrying knocks Thought we played some decent stuff, especially second half when the majority of the first team came on…….We applied the press really well considering how hard they have worked this week and how hot it is out there….. |

A good workout with two evenly matched teams . Passing was a bit laboured at times but good energy levels . Zak Mitchell and Alex Mitchell were the stand outs for me with Docherty looking good captain material . Aneke even made an appearance!
