Hello, I'm a 3D artist and over the last few months, I've been creating The Valley in Blender. The stadium is really challenging to make, considering all the stands are different from each other and there are bars everywhere. Even so, I managed to make some progress through extensive research for photo references online. However, I still lack some pretty specific angles, which I hope to find someone to help me with here. I'm not even sure how the stadium access works and if my requests are feasible, but I decided to give it a try.
As I don't live in the UK (or even in Europe), it's nearly impossible for me to go there and take the photos myself, so I humbly ask for someone to help me out if possible.
If that's you, feel free to DM me so I can explain my requirements in more detail.

I know that the game is kinda old and everything, but if it serve as incentive, the point is to add The Valley as a playable stadium on FIFA 16 (PC only)...

I've found the images of it, the East Stand looks pretty good - the South stand isn't connected at either corner so depends how realistic you want it to get. Most of the group can be covered from Google at high level, or if there's any specific areas you're interested in I can get some photos on my next journey past it. |

The point is to make it realistic as possible, I'm even planning to add external areas like Old Trafford and Emirates if the game limitations allow me to. I'm using a technique to make huge and detailed models using few textures, which I hope that will make that goal feasible. I already knew the version you sent, but it's terrible lol, my work will be much better than that one... Check your PM inbox so we can continue this conversation. |
