Nathan Jones has certainly performed wonders since he arrived.
Pride. Commitment. Press. Passion.
Will be great to see the games in March, especially live at The Valley.

I was at the Portsmouth game ( Wonderful to meet up with some old faces) and the work rate was outstanding, as was the obvious desire to do what the boss wanted. I wondered if it was a 'one-off' but after the performance at Derby, I have to say the idea of relegation goes out the window and next season should be something to relish.

Nice to see a manager, that’s got something about him, passion and excitement and energy He produces ,running heading and kicking every ball I just hope he can stay fit and not get injured😂. Shame he couldn’t have been talked into having the job before Appleton who knows where would be now. funny old game when you think we’ve been on the longest winless run in the club’s history and one win and everybody is up..

The key difference in the second half last night could be summed up in one word - passion. We matched a dirty Derby side in all the gritty things, including tackles and work rate. We also started to move the ball quicker. It shows what can be achieved under Nathan Jones. We have become a very silly club in recent months. Far, far too much focus on childish geek trivia including xG, “Dr Will” and a Director of Diversity for a club who had a mannequin in the dug out at the time and sat in the bottom 6 of L1. Last night at full time was a timely reminder of what can be achieved when the club focuses on the bottom line - a passionate manager, a committed group of players, and 700 of our most loyal and vociferous fans came together. After the last 8 months of bollocks, it was good to see.

Nathan, at times, I expect will say the wrong things, which will not be to everyone's taste, as he does get caught up in the moment and is extremely enthusiastic. However, he does know how to set up a team properly. I'm loving his energy, which seems to rub off on the players, and the difference in Anderson and Kanu is quite simply outstanding. Well done to Jones and the Boys, the hard work though has only just begun though.

With the passion and the commitment NJ has introduced home gates will now start to snowball. I haven't felt this positive for years and although I realise we mustn't go overboard the future is being to look bright. Really looking forward to large home gates with plenty of passion from the fans. If things continue to improve as we hope the new owners will also deserve a big thanks. Since the appointment of Jones some of the signings are beginning to show they are better than we first thought. I also feel the way he's installed commitment and passion into the youngsters has helped them show their true ability, there must be youngsters in the under 18s biting at the bit to get their chance. Well done to all at the club.
