With everything going tits up, no money being spent on proper players ,your best players being sold and sounding like the rest have fell out with the SMT . Suicide not to bring in a proper striker in this window unless you class ladapoo as one would rather have a cocker poo, at least probably do more running . should we have paid more attention to the warning bells

The short & obvious answer is “yes”.

You’ve only got to look at the number of well meaning Tweets from Sunderland fans * over the last 48 hours * to see what rubbish this lot are.

It’s always worth clicking on the profiles of these Sunderland fans, too. Not coked-up kids, but lifelong Mackems in their 40s, 50s, 60s. Every -single- one of them despises Charlie Methven and to a lesser extent “James” Rodwell.

There’s no point having another ITTV bloodbath over who was too credulous & supine in welcoming three well known idiots to our football club, but by & large it’s the same people who welcomed Duchatelet, ESI and Sandgaard to the club before them.

There’s a very valid reason why Charlie Methven is so loathed by Sunderland fans, sadly we as a club are now experiencing why that is.

Put it this way, we absolutely lambasted TS with good reason, and if he were to take over another English club I am sure we would make our feelings known to supporters of the club he is buying. What Sunderland did was relay there concerns to us from their first hand experience at Methven's hands. Some chose to ignore those concerns, probably still do, and that is their prevogative but you can't say we wasn't warned.
