Until these new owners buy the Valley and training ground maybe they are not the real deal? Could be league two with a 27,111 stadium. They won't invest much unless they own everything then ffp comes in.

Lots saying no big investment from cafc owners as don't own the Valley. Nobody can fault the investors for the money they have invested in players, the problem is that Scott is useless and has frittered most of it. Nathan Jaones won’t have come cheap, either.

Lots saying no big investment from cafc owners as don't own the Valley. Now, let's suppose for a minute that you own the club. What improvement would owning the ground make to the team?

That's like your boiler, central heating and main fuse board being knackered and needing replacing but instead you tarmac the drive and returf your lawn... That's not going to make any difference to the underlying more pertinent issues!

Now, let's suppose for a minute that you own the club. What improvement would owning the ground make to the team? Care for the club more?. Are you for real? Suppose we get relegated. I'm sure our opponents would sit back and think, oh well, we can't win here because they own their ground. There is a long lease on the ground and I would rather have better players than own the ground at the moment. This club reached the old Division One without a home ground. How do you explain that?

What a stupid thread, it has been done to death.
Valley Parade is a L2 stadium so let's not bang on with this pathetic self-entitlement.
Andy Scott is everything that is wrong with this football club., nothing else.

How many businesses rent their building in your average high street? Would owning their building make them care more for their business? CAFC is no different at this point.
