The game management from both potato head Appleton and this group of incapable players is the worst I have ever seen.
Appleton needs to go and we urgently need players that are fit to wear the shirt, majority of the current crop are not.

Most managers would throw on an extra midfielder and have the back four protected by a bank of five in front of them to see out games they are leading but not Appleton. Shockingly poor manager. |

I know he bought Thomas on but let’s be honest, he is like bambi on ice and seems switched off more than he is ever switched on. |

It's utterly unacceptable, and he says in the post match interview that he's proud of them!!.. Proud of throwing points away in the last mins of a game YET AGAIN! If i did something wrong in work 7 times on the bounce i would be sacked! Yet hes proud they keep doing it. It's become laughable, as I laughed when we conceded again, I'm past anger now.. I honestly wouldn't be disappointed if any player of the current squad left (apart from May)..

For those on here who know far more about football coaching than me, what is the root cause of all these late lost husks?
Poor coaching?
Poor subs?
Poor players?
Lazy players?
Bad luck?
Or a combo?
I thought we looked alright going forward yesterday and 3 goals is proof of that. But we looked like leaking from the 11th minute on when I started watching.

Organisation, Leadership, and players not properly coached to understand their roles with and without possession.
If you watch Charlton, you know we get overrun in both fullback positions and often have 3 v 2 in central midfield plus less than dominating central defenders. Dobbo apart, we don't have a tackle in midfield.
