Maybe I missed something , but talk is that it's a 'done deal' he is off in January.
For me he still is far away from a Central Striker to lead the line at a higher level.

I thought the new owners specifically said they were going to stop this kind of thing.
His salary does not count towards our cap so as part of whatever FFP rules are in League One it makes no sense to sell him.

Just add unless someone offers silly money .. 5/6 mill given we already turned down 3.2 mill for him .. then he not going
And Chelsea don’t offer that sort of money for young lower league players ..
