In general not Charlton Athletic. Match of the Day is boring, watching England is boring, over analysis is boring, var etc etc. My only interest left is how Charlton Athletic are doing, I couldn't care less about anything else to do with football nowadays. No characters left in the game, it's money money money. I lived and breathed football in bygone years but now I really couldn't give a toss for it, it's finished for me

Don't ever watch match of the day or England matches. Football has been totally ruined by money and pundits who feel the need to analyse everything to the nth degree while getting fat salaries to do it.

To the list of complaints add shrill female presenters, kneeling in supplication and submission, rainbow nonsense. I watched most of the Cray Valley game last week but I can't envisage watching any professional game live or on TV going forward. I supported Charlton since 1963, I held a fair number of shares in the 90s and loved the game. Now it's just a quick pleasure at seeing a good result.

Football has lost its magic, it's appeal for me completely.

Ruined by big money. Nobody else can compete with Manchester City now over the season and unless they get hit with big FFP points deductions they will win it for a 4th year in a row, and 6th year out of 7. Maybe a terrible season for Charlton Athletic, but 2015-16 when Leicester City won the league was a great year for the Premier League for that reason.
VAR was brought in because of continual poor refereeing decisions but Neil Warnock has the right idea that decisions shouldn't take more than 30 seconds and offside should be "clear daylight". I'd also change the ridiculous handball rule that sees totally unintentional handballs being punished.
Something to stop a club's best players being snapped up in January - something I have obviously said since it happened to Scott Parker. Why can't a player become "league tied" the same way they can be cup-tied? I'd say if the player has been getting regular games for their club they should not move until the end of the season. If you're going to apply that, you won't need transfer windows either. Anyone who hasn't been getting into their club's team can move at any time to a club where they will get picked.
