Alfie May becomes the first #cafc player to win the a Football League player of the month award since Ben Amos 3 years ago for his performances in October 2020 . I saw this stat and it shocked me a first. But then I thought about it and it summed up our last few years quite well. Mediocre. |

If Alfie didn't score goals he wouldn't be a footballer.
Inside the box he is guaranteed a goal in every other game but when he is out wide and has to run at defenders he just isn't very effective at all.
