The difference it makes having a good bench was never more evident than yesterday.. 2 of our goals were scored by substitute players and Fraser took some decent corners..the substitute players also bought an energy which was missing in the first half yesterday..competition for places is growing which must be a dream for Appleton.. COYR!

It will make a big difference in some games. There will be clubs with much smaller squads than ours that we should be able to over roar in the second half when we can bring on four fresh players that are better than anything they have on the bench.

Appleton stating that he's playing May as a 10 just to accommodate the best available... Anderson and C. Campbell can't even make the bench! But Dobson and May both on 4 yellows so a suspension imminent. We didn't replace Rak-Sakyi in the end but T. Campbell playing on the right whilst CBT like a new player. |
