BREAKING: Reading have received a four-point deduction after failing to comply with the order of an Independent Disciplinary Commission which required them to deposit an amount equal to 125% of the Club's forecast monthly wage bill in a designated account by 12 September 2023.

Question —deal with it EFL .. how many times is this now ?
Relegate them simple enough is enough

Thanks for highlighting. Transpires that it's three points and part of an ongoing set of sanctions for Reading put in place a while back

The EFL have dealt with it and ideally they will act swiftly to deal with any breaches of the rules by our competitors. Perhaps our club needs to make very clear how we are compliant regarding budgets and what this means regarding securing promotion and our journey over the next two seasons.
