First the transfer window .. this one was too long after the season started . For example move the start of the season back two weeks and the window forward two weeks that would have left roughly a week between the two . Lot of managers complaining because they just don’t know who their squad going to be till 2nd of September … plus who decided to have the window on a Friday ?
The whole set up of the summer window needs to be looked at ..
Second and I think the most important is FFP I believe should be scrapped in league one / two . This will help teams be better prepared for the championship and we don’t get this Yo-Yo club mentality… think clubs are more sensible at this level , and you suddenly won’t see league one teams spending 5-10 mill on a player it just won’t happen .
It’s silly that we upped our wage bill and now in danger of breaking FFP rules ..these rules are stopping clubs at this level moving forward and needs to be scrapped

The EPL calls the shots and EPL clubs don’t want their window to close before it closes for clubs in Europe. The SCMP (FFP in Leagues One and Two), is generally believed to have worked well since it was introduced, but as we’ve discussed multiple times on this Forum it does not actually limit spending. In League One clubs can spend 60% of their turnover (less certain costs) and 100% of fortune income (essentially equity contributions) on wages. Clubs are, in practice, free to spend what they want and hence are free to build for the Championship if they wish to do so. Moreover, with or without an equity injection I don’t believe we are in danger of breaching the SCMP. For one thing, any professional player U21 on the 1st January this year is excluded from the calculation. That means Elerewe, Ness, Mitchell, Asiimwe, Chim, Anderson, T Campbell, Leaburn and Kanu are all excluded. As a loan player the cost of C Campbell does count towards our wage bill for SCMP purposes, however. With respect, while I don’t mind one bit the excessive boosterism of your posts, I do wish you’d read what others post. From time to time you might find it helpful.

Newcastle penalty was an absolute discrace despite VAR. Player kicked keeper's leg (yellow) as he shepherded ball out of play. VAR isn't the problem, it's the dicks viewing it.
