Next manager who won’t complete a full season

Ever since Chris Powell apart from Lee Bowyer no manager has completed a full season with us.

This is beyond a shambles and has gone from one extreme to another considering we had a manager for 15 years. It’s also one of the reasons why we are on decline.

Why couldn’t Holden get the backing ffs? A little slump and BANG!!! gets the sack.

These owners better get this right this time considering they recommended Holden in the first place!!!!

Its a catch 22. Do managers always get it right if they are given long enough or do managers only last a long time because they got it right early after arrival?

The club were quick to discard Steve Gritt. I suspect that if Curbishley hadn't performed he would have been gone too.

A good example is Wenger at Arsenal. He was kept on for years after Arsenal stopped challenging for the top honours. He never turned it around.

Also, the club are a totally different proposition now. In the early 90s the fans were grateful just to get The Valley back. Expectations are totally different now.
