He wasn't a member of the SMT mate. He was Duchatelet's night watchman.

CAFC staff received the following e mail this afternoon.
Good afternoon.
I can announce today that Tony (🍔) will be leaving the club at the end of the year. I’d like to place on record our thanks to Tony for his sterling working and dedication over the last ten years.
Tony will always be welcome back at the club, and we wish him well in his future pursuits.
