These small changes across all aspects of the club might not appear consequential. But add them all up and the club will be in a different place by 2024.

This is 100% the right move. Sure it helps to know how many fans are going to come earlier in the week for staffing numbers but I'm convinced that some would have decided not to bother when they realised that the price was increased. Keeping the surcharge for the last hour before kick-off is sensible, too. It should prevent issues with queues just before the game starts leaving people missing kick-off. This was an easy win for the new owners and reflects badly on Sandgaard who could/should have changed it, himself.
