I haven’t driven to The Valley in years but I have the whole family in tow for the Orient game. Based on the extra hurdles for motorists that I seem to encounter each time I’m back in UK, I’m guessing that there are now all manner of parking restrictions near the ground.
Could anyone suggest the best paid or free parking locations, please?
I’ll get 3 games in (Orient, Bristol R & Fleetwood) before I head home but the last 2 will be just my son and I so we’ll get the train for those. It’s just this Saturday that I’ll drive.

I used to park the other side of Charlton Park (Corelli Rd I think) and take a stroll down the hill. Sorry but not sure if parking restrictions in place there now.

Meridian road and the roads around it all have free parking. You just need to get there a bit early. 15 mins walk to the stadium, up hill on the return though

The roads near the Anchor and Hope on the river are usually ok. But get there early. Handy for a pre and post beverage as well.
