Hello all.
Happy to have joined the best charlton fans forum on the planet and the main reason for me wanting to become a member, aside from the excitement I'm feeling towards our takeover and upcoming season. I wanted to show reams my appreciation for all the effort he puts in, in running the forum and all the info he's been able to share. You deserve a medal mate and the info you've been able to share has built up my excitement for the season and I can't wait for it to start!

Only joking mate. Much appreciated. It's a team effort and let's not forget the members and 3500 guests we get on here every day! Without those I wouldn't gave a forum. You guys make it what it is.
Sterling work from aaronaldo, revilo and valleyfaithful who help me run this place.
We had to let a few go a few months ago but the place has gone from strength to strength ever since.

I can only agree with all the posts on this topic but I have one point, which I think is very important, to add.
Throughout this stop/go saga of a takeover, one thing has stood out to me.
Reams' integrity.
Despite endless requests for information to which he was privy, he refused to betray confidences and only divulged what he was allowed. Oh, and to one persistently irritating poster on this site, "He's not the bleeding Messiah".
Now, I have never met Reams so there is no sycophancy in this post but I think he deserves, in addition to our thanks, respect for his character.

Agreed,did a good job of putting our minds at rest,without jeopardising his sources. No need for the thanks guys. I'm just a fan wanting to share what I could when I could. It was never a race for me like some claim, wanting to be first with the news is just a myth. I was just in a privileged situation to receive updates from different sources and more and more wanted to me to be the one who put the updates out there.
I don't think I deserve the abuse along the way from CL and the otherforum no matter how small it is. We are all fans at the end of the day so while I'll forgive because I don't hold grudges, I won't forget, not some of the really personal stuff anyway.
Unless somebody is going to say it to my face then keep your views to yourself, I'm not interested.
Onwards and upwards.
