Didn’t he transfer all his assets into his wife’s name? I suspect that he will continue to benefit from her ‘wealth’ but will have shatter some people that he owes money to.
It is, rather, difficult to find anything to like about him.

You spend money you can never afford to pay back and then when they catch up with you you declare yourself bankrupt and all the debts are, effectively, written off. The cynic in me assumes that all the real assets will be in his wife’s name so he’ll be bankrupt and as he owns nothing he loses nothing then he lives with his wife in ‘her house’. |

That is how it works yes but you cannot keep on doing it, it will catch up with him eventually........what sort of life is it if your are constantly on the cheat? Having to always look over your shoulder at people you’ve cheated, or the law, coming after you......we’ll be reading about doing time one day and when he comes out we’ll read how him and oh so lovely wife will be living in a subsidised flat, living on the dole..... It’s normally small traders like me that lose out and suffer financial loss when someone goes bankrupt - the sooner he gets his comeuppance the better - shitbag. |
