I was down The Valley this morning and it really stands out that it needs a coat of paint. The red is fading and looks like its in poor shape.

Isn't it customary in the UK that fans help out with getting the stadium in order during the pre-season? Obviously it would be silly for the billionaires of Man City to organize that, but what about tier 3/4 clubs?

I am afraid can’t see much being done to the ground for awhile that’s the drawback of not owning.The focus should and will in my opinion be building aside that resembles a team something we been lacking for years .
