It's a two way street,JRS got to be blooded in mens football,Palace get to monitor and see how he fares playing regularly. Agreed though,he's mustard. Hoping other London clubs take note and if they feel they have a real deal prospect they want to monitor/allow us to play and develop they will consider us. Not usually keen on loans,but sometimes they allow players otherwise we wouldn't get near,JRS being one,Cullen still edges him out though haha. |

Conor Gallagher was good too, although his stay with us was woefully short. |

I’m not keen on loans neither but the loanees certainly helped us out in our playoff promotion season. |

I’m not keen on loans neither but the loanees certainly helped us out in our playoff promotion season. It’s all part of modern day footy as the financially stressed lower league clubs act as nurseries for the big money Prem clubs. Then again we’ve had many of our Academy lads playing in tier 4, 5 & 6 on loan contracts. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander  |

Next season JRS will probably be loaned out to a team in the Championship to take him one step higher. Might be Millwall (assuming they don't get into the playoffs and win them). Or could be QPR.
