Lovely to see Deji got MOM for Bromley yesterday, in his first appearance for them. Well done young man.👏👏

Nice! Regular football is what he needs. Hopefully he learns a lot in these games.

Kick off delayed because Bromley fans had to be moved out of the home end to get more Wrexham fans in. Hundreds turned up without tickets. Deji played well but Mullin ripped both CB's a new one.

Scored away lastnight at Maidstone. Seems to have started well at Bromley.

Scored away lastnight at Maidstone. Seems to have started well at Bromley. His progression to the upper end of tier 5 is good to see and if he can develop physically he may feature back at The Valley sometime next season 🤞

BBC line-ups seemed to have Deji in midfield. Was that the case? How was Clayden?

Deji Elerewe’s performance was so colossal that this writer felt it necessary to call it The Great. One must watch Deji in the flesh to truly appreciate his combination of athleticism and football intelligence. For me, it’s no coincidence that his inclusion in the starting XI has coincided with an upturn in results.
Dominant in the air and slick across the surface, any sting the Bees may have had was negated by Elerewe’s outstanding showing. Players who are too good for this level stick out like sore thumbs and this has certainly been the case for Deji

Sounds like he's really learning during this loan move, which is great to see. Could be a key squad player next year?

It would be ideal next year if our squad had strength in depth (we've lacked that for years) and we were able to give our more talented youngsters, at least some game time, on a more regular basis.

We have plenty of players that haven't made the grade that were in the playoffs in League Two last season. It might be a bit too much of a step up for him to jump into League One, even if it's only going to be as a squad player.

Seems this loan move has really worked out, tonight he has scored the winning goal, yo put Bromley into the play off semis. He is earning rave reviews. Judging by an interview, I have seen on twitter, he seems to be filling out and looking physically stronger.. Well done Deji, hopefully we will see you in or around the first team next season, fulfilling that huge potential we all saw that you had.

Am I right in thinking they've been playing him in midfield rather than at CB though?

Am I right in thinking they've been playing him in midfield rather than at CB though? No. He played in a back three last night. I think the BBC’s team sheets have been very misleading. He’s done very well to keep Byron Webster out of the side and must therefore be highly rated. However, though he took his goal well last night I wasn’t that impressed. It was interesting that he behaved like a senior player though and was both positive and vocal in the post match interview with Bromley’s other scorer Michael Cheek. For what it’s worth, it was a scrappy game last night at Woking which Bromley fully deserved to win. They now go to Chesterfield in the semifinal on a good run of form. Wembley awaits and no doubt Elerewe is buzzing at the prospect.
