How many more times? The club loses between £1.5-2M per quarter. Player sales revenue goes in to offset this. Thus reducing but never eliminating the need for capital injections. More player sales make our club more investable. Only £200K but getting any cash for a player not good enough for us is decent. More player sales don’t make the club more investable ! You have always prioritised spreadsheets & Sqwarka over a competitive team. To quote the excellent Drinking During The Game blog from last week, “CAFC under Sandgaard is shrinking at a rate of knots”. Player sales make the club smaller, and less attractive. Gary Rowett is excellent tonight on why the free agents bargain bin is a waste of time. Comments to Rich Cawley. Perhaps revilo or Reams could post it. Rowett is bang on the money. Thanks for mentioning the Drinking During the Game blog @workinglikeants . I hadn't read it before. Very well written. The author says one thing though that needs clearing up. He called TS the "CEO of a large, multi-national business in the US". This is not accurate. TS may claim Zynex is an international business, but it's not. 100% of revenue is derived from the US. The healthcare system of no other country besides the US will accommodate a business like Zynex, which profits from reselling decades-old junk technology and generic supplies at super premium rates. Sandgaard often proclaims his business prowess based on his success growing Zynex. However Zynex was founded in the mid-1990s and was a small operation in the scummy, bottom feeding TENS sector shilling his device for 20+ years until something sparked substantial revenue growth. In 2017 Zynex shares traded at $0.25 with a market capitalization of $10m. TS' stake was worth less than $5m. Three years later just before he bought the club Zynex shares hit $30 and its market cap briefly touched $1 billion. TS found sudden wealth. TS doesn't have noteworthy business acumen. Perhaps he showed persistence but even then he was paying himself a decent salary and what else was he going to do? TS was and is willing to aggressively exploit the healthcare system (providing almost nothing in return) for his own gain. Zynex is a leech on the US healthcare system and it won't last.

The club is losing money, in a major part due to a f****** idiot owning it. You know this but it does not fit your message board pessoa. Five years ago I agreed to your meet for a coffee in Bromley still waiting. I missed the train going to Birmingham for your arranged meet. You owe me €50 He (Kev) is an amusing character. His latest one is “let’s all enjoy watching the club being rebuilt slowly”. Fans with red blood flowing through their veins, rather than crypto currency, want to see us making exciting signings. Remember the buzz at the club when we re-signed Derek Hales ? Or when Alan Simonsen arrived. Or when we broke our transfer record to sign Andy Jones from Port Vale ? When was that last time we experienced anything like that under Skintgaard? “Lads, we’ve just signed a Rochdale defender on a freebie”.

The attendance was given as 10,000 last night, but they counterfall of the ST holders not present and in reality there was barely 6,000 in the stadium.
So much is wrong at the club at the moment, on and off the pitch, that it’s difficult to know where to start.
One thing I did pick up on from conversations after the game is a growing realisation amongst fans that Sandgaard has starved the team of investment in a brutal way, you can’t think otherwise really after performances like last nights.
5 pitiful free transfers from dire teams, and Terrell Thomas, is risible when you are charging £34 to get in. I doubt it was possible for any of our fans to “swap Stands” last night as there seemed to be more stewards than supporters around.
Sandgaard has the Fans Forum on Thursday evening, and I really hope someone puts it to him that he’s failed, and needs to put the little he owns up for sale.
It’s inconceivable IMO that we will ever get out of League One with the Sandgaard’s here. Last night was as bad as it gets.

That will me most interesting as it might give some insight as to how he really feels about the situation he finds himself in.

Some of the stories leaking out from sacked staffers are comedy gold.
Dan Burke has revealed that Sandgaard asked him “how do we get the stadium as full as Sunderland?” to which Dan thought, but did not say “build a bigger stadium”.

And the stock answer should be to run the campaign we saw in the 90s with promotions and engagement with various parts of the community in the catchment area... as well as build an attractive winning side based a upon a few stalwarts, our Academy and some EFL loans. It's not rocket science - part of surviving in turbulent scenarios is to know the answers.

If we'd invested a bit in the transfer window and got the striker in, and that had led us to win the last 2 games, we'd have 4 more points which I think would put us 5th.
Since we thrashed Plymouth 5-1, they've had 4 wins and a draw (just now away at Portsmouth) whilst we've managed 4 draws and a loss, with only Wycombe away really being a game on paper I was happy to draw.
