I had a DM overnight on Twits from a reliable source to say that Sandgaard is back at the club, and is sorting out unresolved staffing issues. Court cases were specifically mentioned, related to recent sackings.

I am sure all claims of bullying can and will be managed appropriately via tribunal and / or other action. I do find it odd that people are fascinated by the culture of this particular work environment without care or consideration of any other - perhaps even their own. |

Very true-When i lived in England i was in a trade union, for collective bargaining on various issues. It only takes a moment to reaise that the average American is brainwashed to be anti Union That is why there is, no minimum wage,no welfare, no egality with the boss. no safety clauses , which would cover bullying etc etc. He should fukc off back to Uncle Sam |

One of those where of course everyone condemns bullying, but essentially if we were top of the Championship right now everyone would be calling it a non issue and sweeping it under the rug. All of these things ultimately come down to our performances on the pitch. Not true for everyone. I've always wanted to be proud of my club and the way its staff and players conduct themselves on and off the pitch. Of course results matter, and maybe I'm old fashioned, but it's not just about what you achieve, it's the way that you achieve it. Well said-- Irrelevant ,if we were top of the Championship |

I don’t agree with bullying but I have worked with people that clearly don’t want to work and don’t contribute anywhere near enough. When they are finally ‘convinced to leave’ they make all the complaints that people that are bullied make.
I’m not casting aspersions on those tweets above, or the rumours coming out of the club, but it can be frustrating when employees are underperforming and you know you have to pay them for, at least, three months while you go through the legal process of dismissing them when they are just not making the effort to perform to an acceptable standard.
It’s frightening just how many people believe that all they have to do to get paid is turn up!

If everyone examined other businesses on their doorstep they'd find similar. It is the way of the world. The Law is in place and anyone who has been unfairly or constructively dismissed, subject to bullying or compromised is protected. Anyone feeling any of the above should contact a lawyer if they have been through an internal grievance route and are not satisfied with the process or outcome. |
