It will be interesting to see what happens with Jason Euell.
I’m told that 12 employees at the Club have had their cards marked by Sandgaard, with Jackson, Skiverton & the analyst the first public casualties.
I can’t see how Euell gets to stay in the circumstances.
Sandgaard is already on record as saying that Skiverton was recruited to coach our defence (which was crap), leaving Euell to focus his coaching strengths on our attack (which was just as bad).
It’s certainly going to be difficult for Euell to retain credibility, if he survives to work for a 4th Charlton manager in the space of 18 months.

It really is going to be interesting to see what happens next. Has he decided that the coaching et al hasn’t been good enough and that the entire set up needs modernising and upgrading, OR, is it a case of the Sandgaards knowing best with those that disagree and who refuse to toe the line being shown the door?

Perhaps Euell is being kept on based on the strength of his track record working with the younger players? Just a thought.

Not a surprise with Shimell, who was recruited on 50% of the costs spent on Andy Marshall. He’s done a hopeless job this season improving MacGillivray & Henderson. Euell is a surprise, but my understanding is that he’s good at managing upwards,

Euell is a surprise, but my understanding is that he’s good at managing upwards, I read something, somewhere, that Euell had delivered a presentation about coaching players to improve them. I would imagine that this is very popular with Sandgaard, who wants to develop players and make them better, rather then buy players at the top of their game. Also, I imagine that the employee that the buck stops with is the most likely to be demanding better players as his job depends on it. The lower coaches are probably not falling out with Sandgaard who, we all know, doesn’t believe that anyone else’s opinion has any credibility. In all fairness Jackson’s stewardship hasn’t seen many players develop or improve, where as Euell’s time with the Academy has. Modern Coaches/Managers are expected to develop and improve players, not just demand that they run more and tackle harder. Those days are long gone.

I would like us to keep hold of Euell. I believe that he is and could be a great coach for the younger players.
