Wigan somehow got a massive budget having just come out of administration.
MK Dons though are just a well run club, like we should be.

Yes and everyone says that Sandgaard saved us from Administration and that is justification for him, effectively, killing the club slowly rather that it being able to ‘rise from the flames’.

Both of these clubs and Bolton have very good recruitment teams who can spot and negotiate well to get in quality players…..unfortunately we don’t…… Bolton have already sold 12000 season tickets for next season, their supporters are buying into the direction that their club is heading which is upwards….. These are the clubs which we should be trying to emulate to stand any chance of challenging for promotion next season…..

Bolton fans have had a lot to suffer though in the past few years. They were in the Premier League 5 years more recently than us but nearly went broke and went all the way down to the 4th, something we haven't done.
So mid-table League One this season is "upward" for them compared to where they were the past two seasons.

I think their ongoing progress will make them one of favourites to go up next season after another successful summer recruitment process and their fans think the same……I so wish I had the same confidence about us but I don’t……

We will probably need it to be more. If Thomas doesn’t pay the May wages, we’ll be next…
