She had the audacity to walk through a large group of Charlton fans yesterday and board the 18:35 from Manchester to Euston. I was waiting for the 18:55 a I needed to change at Crewe and the earlier one didn't so once she got on I got on too and sat in a carriage of around 20 Charlton fans. I wasn't on it long because I had to jump off at Stockport and wait for the other train but once I'd stepped foot on the platform I made my way to the first class carriages and just stood and stared at her from 3 yards away and as the train pulled away I gave her the middle finger!........The bitch just sat looked at me and smirked

The only thing that you and others can do is very radical protest that would lead to your potential arrest but that isn't going to do the job!

I don't like the woman, but you should have left her alone if she was alone, I can imagine she felt intimidated enough without a huge guy like you giving he the finger.
Her smirking doesn't surprise me though, it's what she does.

I have to say sadie is right about this! You complain that she had the "audacity" to take the train: what did you want her to do - take a chauffeured car back to London at the club's expense? Whatever you think of her, she's got guts and plenty of spirit. All these grown men trying to make her cry - it's not going to work. This is one tought woman who refuses to be bullied. I asked her towards the end of last season how she coped with the highly personal nature of the abuse and she seemed slightly shocked by the question. The answer was that there is a job to be done so you ignore the abuse and get on with the task in hand. The only thing that has got to her was the intimidatory doorstepping of her parents about whom she is naturally protective. So I'm not at all surprised that she "smirked" at you. What did you want her to do - break down in tears? Every big man who gives her the finger just makes her stronger - and you have to admire her for that, if nothing else.

She can get whatever mode of transport she likes but I'm not sure it's a sensible thing to do walking through a large group of pissed off and alcohol fuelled Charlton fans sarcastically grinning at them for making their feelings known about yesterdays performance.

No shame no morals when it comes to lawyers You win the prize for the most ill-informed generalisation on ITTV ever, Andy. You may be right about Katrien Meire and there are certainly plenty of dodgy lawyers around prepared to take a brief from the most notorious criminals and plead their innocence in full knowledge that they are damned well guilty. But on the other hand Mahatma Ghandi and Nelson Mandela were both lawyers. We understand your hatred. But ffs, get a grip!

Ok that's probably alright(ish) then, I pictured this woman sitting alone getting abuse.

Leave her alone why?
Casue she's a women? We live in a world of " she's a women when it suits" Abuse shouldn't matter on your gender, if your big enough to give it your big enough to take it!
As long as it's not violent or threatening

She can take it, believe me, roland. She's one tough cookie and has got more balls than most of the CAST bed-wetters put together.
What they don't seem to understand is that the more personal abuse they give her , then the more steely her resolve to front them down becomes.
This is an iron lady who is not for turning, I can promise you...

Nelson Mandella lol head of a terrorist movement ,,, yhea course Sick What's 'sick' about Andy stating the truth; On 11 January 1962, using the adopted name David Motsamayi, Mandela secretly left South Africa. He travelled around Africa and visited England to gain support for the armed struggle. He received military training in Morocco and Ethiopia and returned to South Africa in July 1962. [Source: www.nelsonmandela.org/content/page/biography]In association with the South African Communist Party (SACP) he co-founded the militant Umkhonto we Sizwe in 1961 and lead a sabotage campaign against the government. In 1962, he was arrested for conspiring to overthrow the state, and sentenced to life imprisonment in the Rivonia Trial. [Source: Wikipedia] What would you call it?

winner of the Nobel Peace Prize and by universal acclaim the greatest peacemaker of the 20th century who led the struggle to overthrow an evil, murderous fascist regime...a terrorist? that's a terminally sick mind that says that, for sure
but then you have made your extremist politics very clear in the past, I seem to recall

Its fine if she is with a bouncer and a rozzer though. Especially given the amount of people wanting to insight violence from beyond reality.

Meire on the fa list of representatives what planet is the fa and the football league on ! We should be proud that Charlton has been elected to a seat on the FA's council (although it's not actually a particularly significant body - the FA's ruling body is its 11 strong board.) Nevertheless, our CEO is one of only three women among the 115 members of the council, and that's great news for CAFC, although I'm sure CARD will find some spurious reason to moan about it!

The FA and FOotball League should be ashamed that a traditional club is being run into the ground.

It's awful, she knows nothing about football and she will do nothing but humiliate Charlton. The FA need their heads testing.

What a bitter and twisted reaction to a piece of good news for our club. The sourness is unbelievable.
Some of our so-called fans make me despair with their unremitting negativity towards everything Charlton.

Some of our so-called fans make me despair with their unremitting negativity towards everything Charlton. She is not "Charlton" she works for the owner and cares not for us, our heritage, our past nor future but as you are so frequently trying to get your tongue up her arse you are blinded by the facts. Some of our so-called fans make me despair with their obsequious attitude, happily siding with people who are hell bent on killing our club.

If I woke up in the morning feeling as sour as you do funky, I think I'd probably slit my wrists!
I'm proud that Charlton are represented on the FA council. Even though it is a toothless body with no real power, if our CEO makes a good impression on it, perhaps elevation to the 11 strong FA Board, where the real power lies, might be next?
Those who are "killing our club" are those who denigrate Charlton at every opportunity. Happily they won't succeed because the loyalists among us won't let them because we remain proud to be CAFC.
