In the spirit of our continental ties... can we get some Belgian beers at The Valley next season? The kangaroo piss they're serving up really isn't worth 4 quid a pint.

Shame I am not closer to The Valley, as I have held two clean licences and run bars in my time, before I retired. I would have offered to have got them setup efficiently with good staff. I been happy to have done the job just for travel expenses.

To be fair, one of the first things Roland did was put on decent beer at the Valley. I can't think of another club that has a better selection than we do (three real ales and Addlestones scrumpy).

I thought the whole ground had better catering, maybe it's just the East Stand. The main concourse bars still do garbage (Fosters and John Smiths) but there are a couple of dedicated 'real ale and real cider' stands that do three ales and a cider. There are also loads of new food stalls, such as one that does six different sorts of filo pastries, including two veggie ones (the feta and butternut squash one is probably the best veggie food I've had at a football ground). Presumably there isn't the space in the North - the East does have a much bigger concourse area - but one would hope if it's successful they'll try and get at least some of these options into the rest of the ground?

If there was a Meire cat stall I'd be first in the queue.

So why are you here then if as you say there is something missing? They are a pair of pricks who will never set foot on here again, if that's what floats your boat they are over on 606 with the 11 other members, you won't have trouble finding them. Too many complaints when they were on here and other people saying they won't bother on here while they are posting constant negativity. Myself and Doug have lives to lead, why should we monitor this place 24/7 because two knob heads cannot behave themselves?

Got a Belgian beer tasting coming up in a few weeks, looking forward to that. Last time I did it the final beer was 12%.
