Heard he's recovered (if that's the right word) better and quicker than expected. I think we've missed him almost as much as Reid in some ways.

Have the lot of you forgotten Dickson? ? I for one would like to see him back probably more of a super sub till he gets the rough edges off his play whatever it is - Pardew says so(!)

I've certainly not forgotten Dickson - I've been walking round at work since we've signed him (over a year ago) saying 'Chris Dickson - he's the future'. So it was sod's law for me when he injured himself. I was banking on him! Also, a Jills fan at work says he was 'different gravy' when he was there, and he's convinced they wouldn't have been relegated if they'd been allowed to extend his loan until the end of the season. However, in answer to the question, I believe it is absolutely essential we keep Toddy. He looked like a massive threat on so many different levels when he was playing. Dickson needs to learn off a player like him, then he'll be ready to score the goals himself that much sooner

So Varney, Gray, Tody, Dickson and Izale 4 next season with Iwelumo off to a smaller club. Anyone fancy a goalscoring striker who scored more than any of the above for a relegated team in the Championship?? Lol
